Booked Glammylicious for my daughters birthday and she absolutely loved it. The staff where lovely and made myself, daughter and her friends feel very welcome. Great treatments and atmosphere throughout, would highly recommended and already looking to book again for next year. Keep up the good work girls.

I booked Glammylicious for my daughters birthday party. She and four of her friends absolutely loved the Barbie Girl themed day they had. They were treated to hair, makeup and nails and all loved their finished looks!

Words cannot express the gratitude to the staff at Glammylicious for making my daughter's party a memorable day. From the minute my daughter and her friends stepped through the door they were made to feel welcome and treated like little princesses. Keep up the good work ladies. I have already recommended your services to friends and family who will be contacting you to arrange parties in due course.

Booked my daughters party here, the kids all had a fantastic time, loved their hair, loved their makeup and already asking to come back for their next party! Amazing service, happy to book again.

Absolute disgrace you share your concerns with the owner and she blocks you on all her social media accounts.We have used the company before but we’re left so disappointed this time.1:We booked the Glow Up Party Extra so the girls could have the disco, party games ect, don’t waste your money the other room is much prettier and the women who owns it is mostly in there leaving the poor wee girls that carry out the “beauty stuff”in there themselves.2: There was NO atmosphere at one point our girls were sitting about bored stiff as there was no one to properly direct the party for them.3: They did put on the karaoke however you couldn’t see the words on the screen. As it wasn’t set up properly.4: They were all starving and their “snacks” were 3 bowls of sweets, one with mallows, one with popcorn and wotsit type crisps and one with gums these were small bowls to feed 9 should have been 10 kids, it just wasn’t enough quantity wise. We did offer to bring food however we were told they provided the sweets and snacks.5: they were supposed to get shampop, they didn’t they got diluting juice.6: the hair glitter stained my daughters white dress so don’t go with expensive clothes on.7: TikTok dances were advertised however unless the kids have to do this themselves it didn’t happen.8: The cheap nail polish was off or smudged before we got the girls home.9: Out if all children we had with us none of them came out buzzing after a great party, they all had higher expectations too.10: Just had such high expectations as we had used the company before when they did mobile parties and the children all had such a brilliant time at that.In Response to the reply 4 days later I would like to addThat there was NO form of abuse given to any of your staff they are young enough to be my children. To even accuse myself and family of this is totally unacceptable. I also DID NOT leave comments to your accounts to discredit your business I left them AS YOU had blocked my sister, without explanation where you going to unblock her after you consulted with your staff? I think NOT. The only reason you have replied on here is to get your stars back up like leaving a review on your business page to counted the negative one really?Total disgrace that you would leave a comment stating that any parent would sabotage their own child’s party?!?You have stated you wanted to speak to your staff first why not message to say that you would talk to your staff and get back to one of us. You may not visibly have any other negative feedback this is because you are blocking the people from sharing anything unless it’s all singing and dancing.Your accusations show your character more than anything and shows the rest of your potential customers exactly what they are getting. I believe fully that “normally” your parties are better however on this occasion we were left totally underwhelmed as stated above. Issues where raised with your staff who did not have the answers therefore after speaking to the children who attended the message was sent straight away to then be blocked.

Absolutely fantastic time! The girls were lovely and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back!!
