It's a nice, clean and well kept place of work. The staff are polite and ready to serve.I found it easy to transact and be served gently there.

We just like to a massive Thank you to Mark one of the Sky representatives in the Manchester Market Street Store, The Customer Service we received from him today was nothing short of amazing. We have been with Sky for many years but we had an issue and we weren't getting anywhere with the representatives on the phone after a few weeks of trying with the phone we thought we go into the store and chat face to face, from the get-go Mark came over and asked if he could help once we explained our situation he jumped at the opportunity and sorted out our situation we were all ready to cancel our Sky Subscription But after all the Help we got from Mark we stayed a loyal customer and he even got us a better deal on our Boardband so we switched Well Done Mark and thank you for all your help, I have to say you can't beat chatting to a person face to face.

Asked helped from other staff but they couldn't help at all. But Will stepped in immediately to help me. Introduced himself and made me feel welcomed ☺️ He went through my account thoroughly and answered all my questions. Will is a real asset to the team & the Sky company! Excellent service on queries relating to my upgrade and use of sky products when not home. I also learnt some nordic history, making the visit double interesting. Thank you

I was greeted by the lovely Surinder. I said that I would like a few prices for one of the new iPhones and she sat with me, talked through the deals and I ended up being able to leave the store with a brand new phone. She was very friendly! I am very happy with my new phone and recommend Sky as it’s the best deal I could find and the customer service is great!

Was pleasantly greeting upon entry by a Team Leader (can't recall the gentleman's name) so experience started of well. Up on querying the flaws of Sky Glass, mainly the service being useless if network goes down. His response yeah and same with BT and Virgin!".1. Very poor answer and extremely unprofessional. A worth company doesn't hide their flaws by trying to bad mouth another company.2. No its NOT the same as Virgin and BT as yes the streaming services will be down but you can still access content via the boxes. Unlike Sky Glass which becomes complete useless! For what you charge for it

A brilliant place to go in for expert advice on sorting out your mobile problems face to face. Came out also with a great deal on the broadband and sky glass tv.

The theory of relativity is the second most toughest things to understand, understanding credit check by sky is still the toughest!
