Prompt response to my request for help. Inspection made to ascertain which was the best area to do the treatment needed. Clear explanation of what would happen and how long it should take and how long it would be best to stay clear of the area treated for safety purposes. The extermination happened within the time stated and no follow up was needed. Invoice was received promptly and the cost was very acceptable for the time taken to complete the job and products used. Very pleasant and polite staff. Would definitely recommend Malcolm Dunn & Pestforce to anyone who needs assistance with this sort of a task. Would have no hesitation contacting him in the future if needed.

Have used Malcolm at Pestforce for over a year now and I can safely say that where he has undertaken work for me, I have never had another issue with pests after he has completed his treatment.He goes above and beyond and does not simply exterminate pests but also ensures they can't come back in the future.

I used Pestforce to kill off two large wasp nests in my attic - both were done really efficiently with Malcolm keeping me informed of what to expect and what he did. Thankyou for dealing with the wasps and honey bees - 2 really different jobs. Hoping the bees survive in their new home & who knows, maybe we'll have a place for them next year which doesn't involve them eating our roof.

Excellent service all round. Phoned in afternoon after finding two wasps nests one in front step and one in garage roof. Turned up next morning and treated very friendly, helpful and professional. No more wasps after 24 hours. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
