I bought a phone that broke down after 2 months, I returned it under warranty (12 months) and it came back in the same condition. The phone was returned to them under warranty 4 times and it is still broken. After the last repair, they just told me to get lost. 2 months after the last repair, the phone still doesn't work. They couldn't even prove to me with any documents that the phone had been repaired, whatever was replaced in it (parts). Please avoid this place as I lost £500. Now I can only play games on WIFI with this phone. I am absolutely convinced that this phone was not even sent anywhere for repair, in total the phone was under repair for over 2 months. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Brought my phone in for the back screen and top speaker to be fixed. £100 later with a new front screen (that wasnt needed or asked for) which is now coming off and has lost sensitivity, and my flashlight and camera now not working, i think its safe to say ill never be using this service again.*** the back was not shattered again upon receiving my phone back but i was also sold a “shock proof” case which did nothing in the way of protecting my phone. All in all a complete waste of time and money.
