We came to hengrove as a work night oit on Thursday. We had a great time, all staff were polite and courteous especially the lady on thecfront desk (Kim) she looked after us and made sure we were all set up and checked on us throughout the evening. Will definitely be back

Me and my auntie have been coming to bingo recently and we have really enjoyed ourselves at buzz bingo. There are great offers for new members! We were able to play for £5 and get a free drink.Staff go above and beyond to help, always with a smile and a polite attitude.Food is okay - just what you would expect from a bingo hall.Overall I would recommend.

Doing their best, staff always pleasant.Ordered food and drinks with the electronic tablet, food came quickly. Ended up going to the bar for drinks we'd ordered. Not enough staff to cover bar and table orders.
