Our requirements were a replacement of one stove plus maintenance, and installation of a second stove in a fire place that has remained dormant for over 10 years. Martin listened to what we wanted to achieve, delivered on product as well as design, and remained extremely flexible with other intrusive works in the property. I can say that Martin consistently delivered, was reliable, and above all, in a busy household with small children and pets, was courteous and extremely clean, given the amount of dust this type of job usually generates. My most favourable aspect of the work that Martin delivered was his honest and clearly knowledgeable opinion. not only is he up to speed with all the relevant legislation documents (such as Document J) he is HETAS affiliated.
