Booked a deep tissue massage through treat well. Couldn’t find the shop as they have tiny signs on the windows. Impossible to get parked & then the therapist turned up 15 minutes late leaving me out in the cold. I even asked the dentist next door & they advised it was a common thing. Entered the shop & it seems all over the place not advertising beauty very well. They have toilet cubicles with tan beds behind them, nail desk in front of it & then random eyebrow chair & a tiny room for massage. It a bit of a mixed bag & very untidy. You are either beauty or tan bed shop not both. Massage lady didn’t know what I was there for. Anyways massage was done with gloves on, very strange, then I was offered a facial to which I don’t think they used cotton pads I think they used cloths. At the end I felt pressured into having my eyebrows waxed & tinted which have totally been misshaped. I was then told to book back in but not through treatwell, through them but I will get the same deal. It all felt like a major sales pitch, I felt incredibly uncomfortable & couldn’t wait to leave. Do not recommend.

Burnt my skin under eyebrows after having them waxed and henna. Very red and sore for days didn’t look nice. Eyebrows were too heavy and looked ridiculous. Clinic didn’t look very hygienic either I’m afraid.

After reading reviews on groupon I wasn't sure which way this was going to go so was pleasantly surprised the massage was good and the room was heated (but got cold towards end of treatment) . However my 60 minute massage was only 45, my forearms/hands weren't done in the full body massage and oil was wiped off with tissue?!Also found it odd that I was just left at reception at end, no one asked for my voucher or if I wanted to rebook.

Had a facial and head massage booked in with a Groupon voucher and it was lovely! The therapist did a really great job and I felt totally relaxed. Knocked off 1 star as the blinds were lifted in the therapy room which kind of affected the vibe but it wasn’t too much of a great issue, just would have been better if there wasn’t so much light coming in. But overall really happy with my experience here.

Got this as a gift. I had a full body massage and the therapist got he knots and aches and pains out my back. I felt so relaxed afterwards. I would highly recommend.

Booked a neck / shoulder massage and facial at the Allure skin clinic (Uphall) My therapist was very accommodating and rescheduled my appointment with minimal ease. Nazia (therapist) was great… she was friendly and knowledgable and gave me a really good massage and refreshing facial. Thanks again!

I gave tried to call this place so nany times so i can change my time but nothing is happening noone ever picks up they defo open today also im concerned about all the reviews i have just read not looking forward to this place at all! I might get my money back from groupon as its second time this has happened to me just to try get hold of person to talk to in there!
