It was my first VR experience and I have to say that unexpectedly I’ve been surprised by the quality of game experience. Nice place to spend time with friends, they staff guy (forgot his name unfortunately) was friendly and helpful, and after that you can have couple of beers and have something to eat at Black Box Food court!

Booked 30 mins for 2 families for around £90 for each family. To get into the building you have to scan a QR code for over 18. I thought it would be silly and standing on one stop. However i felt i ran around a lot but moved less than I thought looking at my steps count. Have £1 coin for locker. Good fun and more impressive than I thought. Good fun and worth a go.

Went with my family of 7 and had a great time! We did zombie survival and singularity and both were so immersive. Singularity had some really cool aspects like zero gravity and the zombie survival was really adrenaline inducing. Very fun, would 100% recommend. Kayla was our game master and she was great.

I was a bit scared at first reading other reviews about the workers not having the best vibes but we had a really good and comfortable experience. Kayla was a really great game master. We did Zombie survival and Singularity combo and it was really fun and immersive. We were screaming when the zombies were near us, and it was great to see the scoreboard at the end. Would definitely come back!

My boyfriend bought this experience for me for my Christmas present and we really enjoyed our time. Really cool place and James was our game master today and he was lovely. Would definitely recommend again to others! Thank you :)

This was brilliant! Loads of fun, very immersive and well run and I would highly recommend it. My team of 5 did the 30 minute Far Cry. We've all got some experience with VR which definitely helped but wasn't at all necessary. No spoilers but the story and gameplay were very well thought through and you really forgot where you were and just enjoyed the experience. This is a great introduction to VR but was also fun when you know what you're doing, which we were all surprised by. Well worth it!

Recently, I visited with a group using a voucher for a VR escape room experience themed around Alice in Wonderland. Our visit started positively, with a friendly staff member at the front desk checking us in and instructing us to wait briefly while they attended to other guests. After moving upstairs, another staff member guided us to the main room and provided instructions on using the VR equipment before we commenced the escape room adventure. Here's where our concerns arose: It wasn't clear to us initially that the time spent on the tutorial was deducted from the hour allocated for the escape room. As some in our group were new to VR, the tutorial took longer than expected, effectively eating up our allotted time.Unlike previous escape rooms we've visited, we were thrust into the VR room without any backstory, context, or even a hint about our mission. While we appreciate a challenge, there was no difficulty scale mentioned on the website when booking, and we would have preferred an easier room for newcomers to VR.As we delved into the experience and familiarized ourselves with the VR world, my headset began glitching intermittently, resulting in black screens and freezing. I sought assistance from one of the staff members, but due to the chunky headphones and the immersive VR experience, I couldn't hear her response. When I asked her to repeat herself, she seemed frustrated, briefly manipulated the controls, and handed them back.Regrettably, my technical issues persisted throughout the game. One of the controllers failed to register, leaving me with only one functional hand for most of the experience. Despite repeated verbal requests for help, I noticed that the staff member in charge was seated at the desk on her phone and unresponsive. In conclusion, while the concept of a VR escape room is promising, I believe there is room for improvement

Honestly, the best birthday gift! A group of us went together and it was absolutely brilliant - big shout out to Kayla who hosted us. Word of warning - despite the air con, you'll get sweaty!
