Always in such a rush and never call back or actually give a job, the staff are very unfriendly and rude. I haven't experienced this with any other agency, and tried to talk to them nicely on several occasions but always left with a cruel conversation on their side with no call back as promised on many occasions. If I could leave a 0 star rating, trust me, I would.

Getting to the Uk and looking out to get a job seems like hell for me, not until I fortunately got to hear about newstaff and I proceeded to apply to the company, as God will have it, without much stress, I started receiving shifts that actually covers my specific hours since I am a student.All thanks to the staff there most especially Lydia because she has really been a good figure for the company, and now, I am now one of their full agency worker, if I must commend, they are really good at what they do.

Newstaff are so lovely, I have spent alot Lydia and she is so lovely and makes communication very easy. I never have an issue with pay and they always try to accommodate with your needs.

Amazing agency. Always gives out shift whenever they have some/ when I ask. Any queries you may have gets sorted out straight away. I must say Lydia is my favourite as she always ensures I have some sort of shift and transport back home if the job isn’t in my area. Love the relationship we have too.

I have been working for newstaff for a few months now and it has been a pleasure, the shifts are very flexible and they never miss my payments. I even recommended this agency to my friend due to the friendly staff and the variety of job opportunities they provide. Over the last 7 years Newstaff have been amazing, even during the “Driver Shortage” Darren and Joe have done their very best to make sure I found top quality drivers when and where I wanted them, both Temp and Full Time.Sometimes It took a couple of tries to get the right driver but they never gave up the search.Great people that keep communication high (even out of office hours) so I always know what’s going on.I have already recommended them to others, Thanks to them for their services …keep up the good work.

Excellent agency especially the hgv driving department. Daniel has always made sure my pay is correct on time! He has chased up any owed overtime from where I worked. Done approx 3 months with no issues. Really recommend them they will not mess you about. Thank you
