What a wonderful business when ever I need some flowers I will always use them and I recommend them highly.We ordered funeral flowers to take to a close family members funeral (north Yorkshire to west sussex) but due to lock down we cant goWhen we contacted them the help we got was brilliant the flowers had been ordered but we didnt need to buy them and they even sorted out a flourist near funeral the service we received from them was second to none.I know we have not had flowers from them yet but I can't thank roots & shoots enough for the help givenI WILL be using them in the futureAngel's amongst Rose'sThank you so muchMaureen and family

I ordered birthday flowers online. When I've ordered flowers from other florists in the past, the flowers that arrived were not as good as their photo on the website but these were amazing! Will definitely use Roots & Shoots again.

Roots and shoots provided the flowers for our wedding that took place a couple of weeks ago, they also provided a range of succulents that we gave as wedding favours. Everything was perfect for an autumn wedding. Debbie was incredibly professional and helped to guide us. Highly recommend!

Popped in today just to see about wedding flowers and get booked in, obviously knowing its valentines I was aware florists will be busy but it doesn't take a lot to be nice. Turned away from here as they were to busy. I've now booked my wedding flowers in with the lovely lady at fleurish in richmond town! She was very busy but still booked me in for a meeting next week!

Roots and Shoots did our wedding flowers after being let down last minute and they were so accommodating at fitting us in. Emma met with me and was so lovely and really helpful on advising what would and wouldn’t work, as well as advising that we would probably need less than originally thought which shows how nice they are! The flowers were beautiful, especially my bouquet.Thank you so much to all the team, we will definitely be using Roots and Shoots for any flowers in the future.

Will, the owner, really could not have done more to ensure my flowers were fabulous for my big day. Communication was excellent, suggestions and flower combinations were excellent, the price was excellent and the service on the day was first class. Will is a conscientious business owner who really wants to make sure you are 100% happy with the product he is providing. He invited us to his florists and was more than happy to discuss things in person, over the phone and via email. The bouquets, button holes and hair slides he provided on the day were beautiful and lasted throughout. Delivery was prompt and Will popped in to double check we were happy with everything before leaving. Would most definately recommend. Thanks again Will!
