Have been ordering from this company for a while now, and always been very happy with the products. The quality is amazing, fast delivery, and staff are always more than happy to help with any customisations that I need.

Beware ordering acrylic baubles from this company. I had a month of stress with them. I ordered 100. They came with nic’s all around the edges & were not suitable to sell on once decorated. I emailed them, they apologised. I was asked to return & on receipt they would send a new batch. I asked them to check their cutting device & check the newly cut baubles before sending to me as I wanted them to be usuable. They should be in perfect condition. Second batch arrived exactly in the same condition. So they went back too. It was stressful. The person who answers the emails needs customer service training. I did eventually get my money back but there was lots of chasing. I would not recommend these baubles to other crafters. Its a shame as I like to support small businesses but they need to get their act together.

So happy with my order. The guys were really helpful and friendly and let me customise my order. I was on a tight schedule due to leaving things so last minute but they ensured I would get my order on time...and I did! Very happy customer and will be ordering more soon

faulty product that they have refused to accept back for a refund as I tried to clean it when it arrived all burnt and smelling horrendous of burnt materials - all the stars were charred and smoke damaged and the front acyrlic had only half the jar top etched on which they said they would send a replacement but never have. definetley wouldn't recommend this company

Would DEFINITELY recomend this company. Great service, products were amazing, and great customer service. X

The reward jars are so beautifully done, the stands however dont fit too well with the different shapes, making them a little unsteady.
