Do Your OM Thing Yoga
I’ve been practicing with Rosie for around 7 years and I can honestly say she has turned my view of yoga on it’s head! No I’m not doing headstands, yet! Rosie has helped develop a positive belief that so many things are possible. She is a calm intuitive teacher, who gently guides and suggests, supports and encourages, enabling us to experience the true benefits of yoga. It’s difficult to put into words, it’s just breathing and movement after all. But I just feel lighter, more alive, calmer, more confident, which in turn makes the world a slightly better place!Beyond Rosie's weekly classes, there are other options which offer subtly different outcomes. I recently invested in a 1-1 practice where the entire hour was tailored to my needs. I came away with far more than I expected, all of which I can practice on and off the mat.Thank you Rosie for your generosity of time, experience and knowledge!

What can I say Rosie is the best! I have hour sessions at her home privately which are geared for whatever aches and pains and emotions I am experiencing at the time. She is so knowledgeable and helpful I always come out feeling better and with tools to help me at that present time. I am not your average yoga attendee (can’t be quiet for longer than a minute!) but Rosie adjusts her private sessions to the person in front of her. Don’t know where I’d be without her!

I started doing yoga exactly a year ago with Rosie. I was completely new to it. Rosie had been a complete joy! Really relaxed friendly atmosphere. The classes are as challenging as you want them to be. For me it has been about improving my flexibility and reducing my back problems. These yoga sessions have certainly helped with that, while helping me be relaxed and in the moment at the same time! :-)

Rosie’s yoga is fantastic and really accessible for all capabilities. Rosie’s knowledge and passion for yoga really shines through, and she has the wonderful knack of being able to make yoga intuitive and enjoyable, whilst imparting incredible amounts of information about the intellectual and spiritual basis of yoga, and it’s physiological benefits. You can see that Rosie wears her scholarship and training in yoga lightly, but a wealth of information and insight is available for those who want it.I’ve seen real improvements in both my strength and flexibility, and my resistance to injury from attending Rosie’s classes for approximately three months. The sessions have also been really useful in helping me to manage pain from a chronic inflammation injury in my neck, by improving my core strength and postural alignment.I would recommend these classes to anyone, from those just starting out to those looking for a deeper and more thoughtful practice. I have also been on Rosie’s retreats to Gayles, and these are brilliant! The environment is fantastic and there is always a really great community present. The amount of time together also provides an opportunity for Rosie to go much deeper into the dynamics of a regular yoga practice, and Rosie provides a lot of encouragement. The yoga nidra guided by Rosie is excellent too, and is really useful for helping to address sleep problems and for enabling people to relax into the weekend. I can’t recommend these enough.

I have practiced yoga with Rosie on and off for 7 years now. She is simply the best teacher I've ever had, across all disciplines, including yoga - because Rosie helps bring together all aspects of life through the lens of yoga. She is well read, fantastically researched, and often funny - her classes are full of anecdotes that bring everyday life through the lens of yoga. I sometimes wonder if she is a mind-reader! I'm stressing about how I don't make time for myself and am in danger of burning out, or perhaps I am worried how my presentation is going to land later that week, and somehow - Rosie will make her yoga class relate to all of it.I have had 121 sessions with Rosie, and joined her in her group classes in person and via Zoom, and I've joined her on weekend retreats, and even where I have a short break, I keep coming back. There is always a reason not to, but you really should make time to get to her class. Rosie's teachings are fantastic.

Rosies yoga lessons have helped me to feel more at ease in my body and generally more relaxed. She has a special way of teaching so that there is a sense of autonomy in your practice. I love the focus on letting your body guide you into shapes and there are no set rules. Its fascinating to see what my body needs when I am guided by her. There is generally a theme to the class which I also love.

It's pretty hard to put into words how amazing Rosie's classes and workshops are. No matter how you go in you will always come out feeling incredible, the movements, the knowledge and that feeling of being held, is all so yummy. Rosie always adds a secret little something for you to take away with you...

I attended Rosie’s yoga retreat recently. It was my first ever yoga retreat so I had no idea what to expect. It was a truly wonderful experience. The morning yoga is strong and invigorating. The late afternoon yin session ( the one I was dreading as I find slow yoga challenging) was so restorative. In my busy life, slowing down can be a tricky thing to allow myself to do. But I knew I needed to learn to slow down. The evening meditation was so nurturing and emotionally nourishing. I came away completely understanding why people attend retreats. I very much look forward to the next one and absolutely recommend it. Tracey

I thoroughly enjoy Rosies yoga classes. She has a nurturing teaching style which makes you feel looked after and valued. Her classes are fully accessible to everyone, regardless of experience and ability. If you've never tried yoga before, then Rosie is a great teacher to introduce you to yoga. Equally if you are an experienced yogi, you will still take away lots of new ideas and understanding to include in your practice
