What an amazing bike shop. Really friendly staff and very knowledgeable. They sorted me out with a loan of an ebike charger when I’d forgotten mine for a 2 day biking session. Life savers. Didn’t even charge. Brought a nice T-shirt and some gloves while I was there.Many thanks guys

We hired a guide as we were unfamiliar with the area and Tom was excellent. The folks there treated us very well and the ride was fantastic. Also, really nice bikes for hire.What a beautiful area to ride. Look forward to coming back and exploring more.-Cheers

Called in on spec as broken a rear cable mid ride. Did 5 miles to get there. They had a look and were able to fix it quickly so I could complete my ride. I’m most grateful.

Tweed Valley Bikes, you guys are the best! Demo’d a Megatower as my first enduro bike today, the guys were class with their service and advise. The guy that helped me set up the bike (glasses and a small beard) was really helpful and was just as hyped for me as I was to ride today which was awesome :). The trails were grand and left me speechless of how much I enjoyed them! (The bike had a significant part in this). Will definitely come back when I finish my Bachelor’s back home in the Netherlands and hopefully ride a lot more in the Valley of the Tweed. See you really soon lads!

I had an amazing experience buying from these guys. Matthew was super knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had. Unfortunately I could not get to the shop in person so I had a facetime call to look at the bike and get shown all it's features. When I did eventually pull the trigger the bike was delivered quickly and in really good packaging. Overall I am very happy and can't recommend these guys enough!

Awesome Shop! Recently bought a new Santa Cruz Hightower. Such a great team, everyone was so Helpful. I'll look forward to dealing with them again in the future. Also the coffee is pretty good too!

Amazing shop. Just did a demo day and the staff were amazing. Took us in an incredible route and had so much fun trying the Santa Cruz heckler. Their shop is beautiful and the staff are all awesome. Will definitely be coming back to buy more of their awesome t shirts!!
