Been using Steve from Alexandra garage Since moving to Plymouth years ago. He is amazing and gets the job/s done extremelky quickly and thoroughly meaning I can be back on the road asap, knowing my VW van which is my daily ride with the family has been well taken care of. Steve is very reasonable with costs too, and I can honestly say he has got me out of many pickles with my old van many a time when she has needed it when something has gone on it suddenly. Cannit reccomend him highly enough!!Lottie

Stephen replaced both rear brake lines (full length) along with all new flexi hoses on my freelander.Car feels great now it's been worked on by a guy that knows his way around the freelandersWill definitely be using him again for future work

Really efficient, phoned Monday dropped the car down that evening. Stephen looked at it on Tuesday, diagnosed the issue and had it all fixed and cleaned before 8am Wednesday morning. Drives beautifully now and has made a world of difference. Would definitely recommend!

I thought I was a loyal customer of Alexandra Motors, however recently I was getting a 'gut' feeling something was not quite right.After it went in for some work it had to return 6 months later for the same part to be replaced which they refused to refund me the Labour and would only refund the part.After trying to tell me an oil service would suffice for the credit of the £120+ part I then had reason to return the car again this time the work was again in the same area of where the part broke...After the battery on the car failed I took it to a nationwide car garage who replaced the battery then noticed a bad diesel smell... on investigation they found that the leak off pipes were leaking... the Nationwide Garage stated that they could tell the pipes were original and due to their bad state where almost certainly the original ones....Funny really.... especially seeing as only 9 months ago I had these leak off pipes replaced by Alexandra motors...It has become obvious to me that work has not been carried out that I have paid for and items have been bodged..Also... to add insult to injury... Alexandra Motors failed to secure the top plastic cover after they completed the last work... and lost the 3 securing bolts and just placed 1 smaller one into the top which did nothing.... then...... I discover that the oil dipstick top has been badly damaged and the dipstick needs a lot of strength to put it back in and pull out...I feel let down by this garage who it seems has been having me on for a few years!!!I would recommend to everybody I know to avoid this garage at all costs and visit somewhere else.

Alexandra Garage succeeded where the actual dealership failed, in fixing the brakes on my car. This was along with sorting a few other things besides. All for a very reasonable prices. Very satisfied.

Nothing is too much trouble for Steve. Work is always top notch, prices are excellent. Will do anything for anyone, would never use anyone else.

Went for a pre MOT and service. Great customer service and expertise as usual.

ive used this garage for over 8yrs and have found them okvery helpful very reasonablebeing in full time work they collect my car and return it to me wich is great.nice and helpful people.
