City of Coventry Health Centre

This is a multi use healthcare centre, the ground floor had an blood test unit ,xray unit ,eye unit,ultrasound unit and many others,used as a relief system for the university hospital all on the ground floor with easy access. Above these units are 4 doctors surgeries all accessible via lifts.i have used there services several times and by pre booking I have never waited more than 15 minutes .close to the city centre with ample parking,and on a bus route

Very good. The staff are very nice and attentive.

A smaller version of a hospital without the wards. Many clinics, services, phlebotomy clinic, toilets on every floor, cafe on the ground floor, walk-in-centre, and good-sized carpark.

I’ve been here numerous times and it’s usually a positive experience. I have been seen to fairly quickly and been given good advice. It’s a busy place and lots of clinics happening. It’s signposted fairly well. The people at the reception are helpful but not always warm and friendly. The parking can be really crowded but you can usually find a space.

The place is reasonable as the under funded NHS goes, reception staff usually polite however Use the car park at your own risk. Parking eye has NOT made it clear which payment machines are for which 'bit of the car park and freely send parking tickets like sweets! One of the machine remains faulty and they do not fix this so to keep the tickets comming. Just be wary really"

A really cool and well organised hospital at fringe of the Coventry city centre.

Helpful and considerate staff work here.City of Coventry Health Centre, which has numerous clinics dealing with various health problems, is easy to access and is positioned near the centre of Coventry. The above information is really positive.A negative is the poor parking situation. A small car park with cash payment that is close to the building is often crowded.Nearby is a huge car park where cash payment is not allowed. It was virtually empty when we visited. It would be considerate of those in charge to address this situation to make it easy for those with health issues to park their vehicle easily.

Service in the centre is fine- expect to wait past your appointment time though. My biggest gripe is the parking situation. I parked, noted that you pay on departure at the car park pay machine so duly paid on the way out. Imagine my shock when I received a penalty notice two weeks later. I appealed but was unsuccessful due to “not using a parking eye machine”.Beware!!

Had MRI scan. Got there early and was welcomed in. The gentleman who did the scan on 23/3/23 was professional, welcoming and friendly. Was a pleasure to go there and would recommend.
