I had been looking for a used kayak and came across Norfolk Watersports website. The prices were great and they have a well stocked shop about an hour from work. I called them to make an appointment to go in (due to Covid restrictions) to look at a Pyranha Burn 3. The service was fantastic and having tried the large, which I thought would be the size for me, it turned out the medium was a better fit. The price wasn't far off a used older Burn, so the deal was done. Great service and fantastic company to deal with.

Do not judge a book by its cover, the showroom is located on a small industrial estate because some of the models of canoes are manufactured on site, so push the door and enjoy the wealth of knowledge of the staff, listening attentively to your needs and taking their time to explain whatever you ask about. Service is second to none, friendly and engaging staff, a pure joy, and a clear winner, in my eyes, against online shopping! Simply wished all face to face shopping experience would be of the same quality. Highly recommended!

A truly wonderful experience,Where to begin, on calling the store I spoke with Kieran who was both knowledgeable and professional in the manner he dealt with my query, he provided good advice taking into consideration my personal needs (6'8 tall) and didn't upsell another product just because it was more expensive. He provided me with an invoice quickly and was happy to put it to one side for me while I arranged collection.A* performance represented your company very wellOn arrival several days later Kieran was again working in the store and took the time to explain the different paddles available as well as what other equipment I might need
