Used vision plenty of times. Coaches are perfect, high quality. Drivers look really smart in there uniforms. Driver crompton was really helpful and knew all the road layouts. Recommend 100%

We needed an airport coach transfer which is when we found Vision Coaches. The ride was super comfortable and hassle free so we would recommend their service to everyone.

Used this business, both last year, and this year, for a Blackpool trip I had organized for a day centre I go to.....and there are only positives to them.I spoke to John first time around, who was amazingly accommodating to the users (and mine) individual needs, regarding us physically, mentally, and ensuring our payment was a smooth process..Second time, (this year) I originally booked with a lady whose name I can not recall, (sorry!!) even though she was sweet, and then John again, when sorting things out to pay etc....He really is a nice man :)Both trips, we had Paul as our driver, who, due to varying levels of walking ability with us all, dropped us as close to the promenade front as possible, nearby toilets, AND recognizable buildings, making it easy for us to find him/coach, when going back to re-board for the drive through the illuminations, then back to where we originally boarded in Liverpool.Everyone had a fab time shopping and having traditional fish n chips in cafes etc, with the lovely sea air..safe in the knowledge we would not get stranded.While onboard, both ways, Paul was really friendly and encouraged conversations out of us all, including me (which I usually find agonizingly tough to deal with)....When one of our users broke into song, (as she always does) he let her, and it was clear he was NOT upset at all about it, and even commented on her vocalsHe also helped some of us to get DOWN the few steps on the coach, and just generally went above and beyond to make sure nobody felt awkward or inhuman.It was obvious he actually DOES LOVE HIS JOB! (Good treatment from the Top Boss, John ;) ) so, naturally, he was happy to talk to everyone, and go out of his way to treat us well.....Paul is totally an asset to your company John :)We WILL use you guys again and again over the coming years, (and more often too, now the centre has lost its minibus)

If I could give this zero stars I would, been debating wether or not to post as I wouldnt usually, but I feel its only fair people know how unreliable this company was.We were left stuck in London with no communication and terrible/medieval toilet facility's, the toilets were very much what I would expect a Vietnam prisoner of war camp to resemble.Book at your own risk
