Had my vehicle booked in for a service which was nice and easy phoned up and a time and date was given. Very knowledgeable team and very good prices literally half the cost of my previous garage with exactly the same OEM items used. Had my vehicle back within a few hours. Overall very happy with the service I received from Martek and I will be back soon! Would highly recommend if you are on the fence wether to use a different garage… take it from me who is a car enthusiast and loves his car to bits

Took my BMW in as I had multiple brake warning lights in. Gave me a clear price for the diagnostics, then called to talk me through the issue and the cost to repair. Great communication, very friendly and good value. Wouldn’t hesitate on taking my car back. Thank you.

I’ve been using Martek for nearly 15 years now after my friend who went to school with Chan, recommended them. From basic servicing to diagnosing a jumped cam belt on a newly purchased car of mine, these guys are my go to garage. Honest, knowledgeable service, fair prices and experts with any of the German cars I’ve owned.Always made to feel like a valued customer and gladly would recommend them to anyone!

They explained what the problem was & told us what they could & couldn't do. Was kept updated by the videos that they send. Once the plan was decided they got the quotes for the part & told me the price of the job. I went to collect the car & they told me the bill was less than expected due to them being misquoted the price of the part. They are a family run business who didn't pressure & were honest. Lady on reception (Bal) was lovely. The mechanic who dealt with the issue also gave me an overview of he had done. This was my 1st experience & I think I will be bringing my car here when the MOT is due.

Went in for an air con regas and I must say the customer service was really good, they really make you feel welcomed, not to mention the complimentary hot drinks and biscuits while you wait. They got the job done in the expected time frame as well as doing a good job as well. Highly recommend these guys.

Looked up this garage whilst searching for a specialist Audi garage. They absolutely did not disappoint. All the staff are very helpful and welcoming and very knowledgeable. I had a major service done and will be going back in again soon to have the air suspension sorted. I won’t be going anywhere else again and I would suggest this garage 100 percent.

My car was booked in for an MOT today and unfortunately it failed for a few different reasons. That said Martek have been brilliant, their customer service and the guys working there are fantastic and really really friendly!! I must say the lady working on the reception and handling all the calls is lovely, probably the friendliest person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with!! I have booked my car back with them this Friday to complete the work necessary and to have the MOT completed! I can not recommend this place enough!!

I booked for an MOT and oil service. The MOT showed up some necessary repairs which I was made aware of by a short video. Throughout the time MMS had my car I was kept updated about the costs and progress either by text or phone. Bal the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I would certainly use this garage again.
