The service and products we have recieved from cash and carry windows has been excellent from start to finish. Quotation was quick, price reasonable, contact has been speedy and polite. The fitters were lovely and professional and cleaned up the mess, and we are very happy with the products, service and advice we have recieved. It has also only been a few weeks from quote to fitting so if your impatient like me I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you!

Could not have been more pleased with the service provided by this company from initial telephone inquiry to the completion of the contract.Sales, survey staff very efficient with out any pressure for sales.The fitters absolutely top class .After working in the building trade for 50 years I have to say these fitters compare with any tradesmen I have come across.To sum up a top class company.

Double glazed sealed unit window has blown after 2 years, apparently the actual Ilkeston manufacturer of the actual window units offer 5 year guarantee but this cheap window company only offers 1 year, which you only find out when phoning as nothing is stated in quote nor on website or anywhere. guy stated as it was supply only the glass unit was cheaper quality which makes no sense. So be very careful with this company as they aren't willing nor capable to back up any warranty from the glass manufacturer and don't seem to care about the quality of the product they sell.Other issues with them is that they supplied damaged trim and during the making of one window, they cut the rubber gasket which seals the window opening with a knife. Numerous calls for them to replace heeded nothing which meant a visit to Mansfield to get replacement trim. They refused to fix the gasket and instead gave a roll of gasket for me to do. There are better window door businesses out there.

We thought we needed all new windows. They sent out a very helpful chap who examined them and talked through our problems with them. We only actually needed to replace 2. Very impressed.

We recently had a new internal door fitted. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the door and the expertise of the fitter. The whole experience was excellent and we would definitely recommend Cash and Carry windows to anyone. Many thanks.

The quality of the windows and doors were excellent. The fitters were very poor. Shoddy work and made a real mess of the plaster inside the windows. After sales care is appalling. Having used them before many times I have been bitterly disappointed. I would not recommend, which is a shame for a local company. I've has 2 clients ask about the work they've done and have told them to avoid at all costs. Both wanted full window door replacements.
