Pizza Hut Delivery

Really disappointing pizza. I order a deep pan chicken supreme. There was hardly any toppings. No mixed" peppers as advertised

0 stars if I could ! Very disappointed We ordered from here last night for my daughter’s birthday, sadly we won’t be returning again !! Very very tight on toppings hardly any sauce and cheese. The crust was about 2 inches thick from the edge to centre and hard to chew very tough. In my opinion it was overcooked too ! Awful !!!

The worst place I have been to. The member of staff taking orders is very rude and impatient and overly loud. Ordered 3 large pizzas, of which i made very clear by repeating twice and making sure they were added. Originally i noticed the order totalled to lower than i expected so i doubled checked all 3 were on, when she noticed she only added 2 pizzas decided to argue with me that I only told her about 2. One of the pizzas I asked for a bbq base as that is all my friend likes. I insisted the pizza, several times, would be bbq base and it came out tomato. The pizza itself was bang average, rubbery, and one of the pizzas was half burnt. Rang back up to complain and they said they can either send one out the next day or add to my next order. Would not recommend as Domino’s is just round the corner!

Really rude, impatient and nasty staff. Repeatedly called my boyfriend the wrong name even after being corrected. Delivery was going to take too long so decided to collect. Got told collection would only be 15 minutes , so got there for 20 minutes. When got in there got told would have to wait another 5-10 minutes, which was frustrating as that was the same amount of time for delivery. Finally our pizza was ready and the lady at the desk, she stated the wrong amount for the total bill. She said £32 rather than £22. We questioned this as we knew the amount and then she said the correct amoun nt. We put the money down on the side and stated we wanted to pay cash rather than card and the pizza hut employee began raising her voice at us and said we had thrown the money at her. Which 100% we did not do. Another colleague, male, came out the back and questioned what had happened as he’d heard her raising her voice at us. We tried to explain what had happened but the lady would not stop raising her voice at us. This was really humiliating as there was other customers in there. The male colleague took the cash and we had to repeatedly ask for it back as we then did not want to spend our money after being treated in this way. I have never been spoken to so rudely and abruptly and will not be returning.

Great service and pizzas. Fast too. There seems to be an issue with the web order system, which seems to be set to 10pm closing time. I couldn't place the order online for collection, but the server gave me the same offer in shop. Great guys!

Most of the order was fine however this is now the 2nd time we have ordered a stuff crust and the base has been like chewing on an old leather boot! The most rubbery awful pizza ever! We rang to complain and got told they could send another pizza TOMORROW! what use is that to me right now! Offered it to be remade with our next order (we're not going to order from here again). So now have nearly a whole pizza no one in the house will eat, not even the hollow legged 18yr old!!! If you want stuffed crust don't bother ordering from here and when it turns up like rubber don't expect a refund!! Was told to go through the app for a refund, guess what that's not possible on the app!! Useless staff!

Worst pizza and staff ever. Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering any takeaway. This is actually the first negative review I’ve left online. I ordered 3 pizzas, 2 sides and a dessert for my sons 7th birthday, it cost £50 and we were so disappointed with the food then the customer service after was just as bad. The pizza was warm and soggy from being in the box too long and one of the pizzas was actually black all around the crust from being burned. I added a picture for you to see, as I'm sure anyone would agree, that pizza should not have got past quality control. When we got our food it was at the hour mark and we were so hungry and initially we were just going to eat it but after we had a bite each from our pizza we thought we’re going to phone up as it was just so bad. This was when I spoke to a member of staff who wasn’t very polite and she said “have you had any of your pizza” in a very condescending voice and I said yes just one bite and she was just really rude and said “well it’s our policy that we can’t do anything”. In the end it got very heated as she just kept saying over and over you’ve had some so there’s nothing we can do. I was so frustrated as I’m sure as anyone can understand we had one bite before we realised just how bad it was. The fact they wouldn’t do anything for the burned pizza was a joke and we hadn’t even eaten any of that one, we just took one slice off and put it on a plate as we were going to eat the other half as we were so hungry. The crazy thing is my son wanted a Dominos and I decided to get Pizza Hut for the stuffed crust which was such a let down. Anyway that’s my review, terrible pizza with even worse customer service. I felt sorry for my son as it was supposed to be a nice family birthday meal.

I had reservations about going to this Pizza Hut having been dissatisfied in the past but it was closest on my way home from work. The pizza was ready at the correct time meaning that it was hot when I collected it. I was really pleased with the amount of toppings, it was just with right amount of cheese and pepperoni and went the right distance from the crust. Perfection!!

I made an online order and saw i was going to be late, called in to change collection time but they already put my pizza in the oven, however they guy over the phone helped me out and waited for someone to take my order to sort le out with a hot fresh PIZZA.100%
