Wandered around the store for about 30 minutes looking for tiles for our hallway. Not once did anyone offer assistance or say anything at all. We had to ask for a sample when it should have been offered.I wonder how many customers you have lost through your total lack of customer service.Here goes another one.

Brought some tiles from CDT last week but they were not right for my project so took them back.We were charged £6.48 for restocking and delivery back to there own warehouse even though we were going to spend a lot more money on more tiles.We would have spent around £400 pounds but decided to go elsewhere so it's there Los how stupid to loose that for £6 pound?
