I had just about the worst customer service experience in over 30 years at Vodafone Broadway in Bradford. After several attempts and 3 hours on hold I decided to go into store. I explained to the staff that I wanted to end a new sim only contact(within cooling off period) as it was more than I had been told it would be. The sales agent Rahil refused to discuss or address this issue saying I would be reverted back to my old contract and this would mean being charged for an out of contract account for 30 days and would require a phone call to cancel! . This conversation continued for for some time with me asking why I couldn't switch straight to a pay as you go as I am not bound by contract. He wasWas abrupt and rude offering no solutions. The manager Elissia was even less helpful threatened to make me leave the store as I wasn't satisfied with her colleague; Further intimidating me by using the presence of a security guard. I asked her to provide me with complaints options and she said nothing was available online and I would have to call! The agent then added there is an online option when I explained I would note all options given to me to complain. At this point Rahil added I would 'potentially' be charged for another 30 days in contradiction to his earlier position! I ended the new contract, he wouldn't allow me to end the old one he reverted me to and left the store extremely traumatised.I am currently on hold to Vodafone to give notification to disconnect the old contract he said he could only revert me back to not cancel!in

The store assistant was EXTREMELY helpful and patient. He went over and over the information and pros & cons of the packages I was interested in as many times as I him needed to. I felt the one I settled on was great vfm.

On sunday, 26th November 2023I went to the Vodafone store in Bradfords Broadway Shopping CentreI went to get mt vodafone contract renewed as there was Black Friday Sales onThe Vodafone shop assistant called NICK was superb he got me a great deal he also helped me with other issues i needed sorting on my phone.The store was clean well run and had friendly staff working there today.I felt comfortable and relaxed at all times when i was in this brilliant mobile phone store.Thanks for the help you gave me todayFriday 8th December 2023 I again HAD TO SEE NICK at this great helpful Bradford phone storeI had an emergency, to which Nick confidently sorted out this problem in a fantastic wayThis store and its staff I have found fantastically confident and helpful

Don't use Click & Collect to this store.Its always full and there's no order at all. The staff don't keep track of who has come in and when, so you're left to compete with other customers for their attention whenever they're free, and every person they serve keeps them occupied for at least 20-30 minutes.Coming here just to pick up a parcel will be a huge waste of your time, as it was mine.Fortunately, the manager is very friendly and very helpful. I hope you meet her when you visit.

Went to get a contract. Lady didn't know what is she doing. Totally untrained. Very rude and time waster. Getting paid for nothing. Very poor customer service. After wasting my an hour she said I can't have new number. She took all my details. After I got home rang Vodafone and got one contract straight away. Unprofessional, untrained staff and very rude.
