The team here is amazing! I was in town from NY for a few days and the telescoping handle on my very large bag broke. I called the shop and sent over the pictures. They asked me to bring it in and within 30 minutes they had replaced my handle! While I was waiting, I had such nice chats with everyone in the store. This kind of service is getting harder and harder to find. Support this store!

I never normally leave reviews!Took my suitcase to the new Regent St store to see if the handle could be repaired before my trip the same day .. thanks to their amazing team, Pasquale in particular ( Head of repairs) the handle was fixed perfectly in less than 10mins, no charge, amazing service !!! Will be buying Tumi from now on…

I like the product but deeply dislike the service. Brought a bag for repair on May 6th only to hear nearly 3 months later that they can’t repair it. I could collect it on August 1st. So bad, they don’t answer email either.

Took my case in to be repaired. Although I (just) purchased it in the USA and I could only show my credit card receipt, the team were able to find a solution and immediately replace the handle. Special thanks to the team of Dan, Ivan, Nelmar and Wai.

Tumi you are amazing came in yesterday for Mclaren 60th anniversary tote. Wow the tote is amazing absolutely huge. Didn't get the name of the gentleman that looked after us he went above and beyond as had my daughter and two of grandchildren with me one has ADHD and autism and ran into store and made a bed line to the Mclaren bags,and had to touch them all.Thank you for looking after us we will be back soon.

My husband and I recently had an exceptional customer service experience in the Regent Street Tumi store from Leon, Sima and Al-Mali. What a team! We arrived at 7.20pm with the intention of buying one suitcase. Leon instantly greeted us with such warmth and was so patient with us. He asked questions to gauge our needs and made suggestions and recommendations to suit these. At no point were we rushed, in fact quite the opposite - despite the fact the store was closing at 8pm. We ended up purchasing a suitcase, 2 rucksacks, a cross body bag and various accessories. Leon was superb throughout, so knowledgeable, friendly, but never pushy. At the time of paying, it was well after 8pm. Whereas most shops would insist you leave or be grumpy, Leon and Sima were insistent it wasn’t a problem and then went the extra mile of taking all the wrapping off our bags for us. Sima was so kind and reassuring. Al-Mali patiently hot stamped all the labels (and there were many of them!) with such care. It was a true personal shopping experience! By the time we left it was 8.40pm - we felt awful for keeping them late but can confidently say that the level of service we experienced at this store far surpassed any we have encountered before. We are so grateful to the team.If you are looking for good quality, practical and stylish luggage I can wholeheartedly recommend the Tumi brand and Regent Street store. This particular store is immaculate, well stocked and you will have the most incredible customer service. The team is an asset to Tumi. I look forward to returning shortly to purchase another case.

Great Tumi location in Regent Street.I came to choose a new backpack for work and travel.The sale associate, Bose, was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. Thank you very much Bose!The store is very well stocked with a wide range of suitcases and bags. Very clean and modern store too.They have in store repairs and maintenance which is great to know. I almost never ever leave a review but I had to. I came with a jammed lock on my suitcase a few hours before a flight and Pasquale, who is an absolute magician, fixed it in a few minutes and with a big smile. TUMI quality and service. Thanks again Pasquale!

Last week I was traveling from the U.S. to London for business. When I landed I was greeted by a broken handle for my beloved Tumi Vapor Carry-On spinner. Lucky for me, my hotel was a short walk to the TUMI Regent Store. I didn't know what to expect. Could it possibly be repaired? Would they ignore me in the store as I didn't come in to buy something, but rather brought them a problem that wasn't their responsibility (my luggage was 5+ years old and out of warranty). I was greeted when I walked in by a smiling man named Leon who immediately took me the repair area at the back of the shop. There Nelmar diagnosed the problem, but determined a new handle wouldn't fit my old bag. Just when I'd given up hope, he chatted with his manager Pauline and they came up with a solution! My bag was fixed and the rest of my trip was made so much easier. I love my Tumi luggage and the quality and care it's made with. The brand has always been top notch, but this experience further cemented that for me and I will always remain loyal to Tumi as a result. As far the Tumi Regent Store staff - true professionals and excellent customer service. It was refreshing to experience and I'm grateful to all of them for their help!
