I'm a new patient with this practice, and I have to say that they are frantic.I cracked my tooth during lockdown, and I need a root canal. All the staff are very friendly and understanding with my anxieties. Afonso is my Dentist, and he's outstanding, explained everything, very professional didn't feel a thing.Very good price if private, truly recommended.

I had a filling fall out last night. Walked down to the surgery this morning at 09.00hrs and managed to get an appointment for 10.30hrs as someone had cancelled. Veronica did a super job replacing the filling with colour co-ordinated composite filler. No pain, neat job. Excellent service. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Superb value for money. I’m an NHS patient at Chapel but I recently had some private treatment for something cosmetic. I am very pleased with the result and could have easily paid a lot more for the same outcome elsewhere. The only reason why not 5 stars is that I felt like the treatment could have been explained to me more thoroughly. I had to ask lots of questions during the consultation. As such, I felt a bit nervous going into my procedure when I had no reason to be.

I’ve always been wary of dentists, however suszana is absolutely amazing very comforting & accommodating. Even after moving out of Cambridge we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thankyou

I have an appointment booked for tomorrow morning. I am pregnant and 2 days ago tested positive for covid. Although I am feeling a lot better, I took a test this morning in the thoughts of everyone at the dentist in case I am still positive. Which I am. So I done the morally right thing and I called and let them know that I have covid. I was greeted by a very rude woman called Rozz who had no sympathy whatsoever and told me I would be taken off of their list completely as this is my first appointment. She refused to re book my appointment.She went on to say that she has a sick elderly mother who she doesn’t want to pass covid onto… which I completely understand - Hence the reason I called in the first place. I done my duty as a morally responsible human the least she could have done is done hers and rebooked my appointment. Instead she argued with me.Her attitude was awful. As you can imagine I am already feeling distressed - being pregnant and having covid, & I absolutely did not expect the disrespectful reception that I received from Rozz whilst trying to reschedule my appointment.

lovely staff, very helpful.the dentist who my childen saw today, was fantastic & any nerves they had, quickly went away!

Sadly after speaking with Roz my experience of the dentistry has been only but negative. Her attitude was like that of a huffy teenager and her lack empathy for someone with covid is disappointing. I’m sure the dentists do a good job but if this experience is anything to go by, I would avoid.

Arrive 20mins early as my daughter had school her appointment was at 10am but at 10.08 I asked why we hadn't been seen and the reception said she's running late. I said we got there early too so no point in turning up early. At 10.12am got called and was in there for a check up so out by 10.20 needed to ask for a 6month appointment they offered her a school time appointment again amd I said no we need an after school she said it wouldn't been until 7months making it January I said OK. I over heard them offering the guy an after school appointment for him and think why didn't he have a day appointment leave the after school appointment for the kids....
