I purchased a product nearly two years ago... and had a slight configuration problem with it. I dug out the original purchase invoice, called their technical support and spoke to the most helpful team.He went away, sought advice from a colleague and got back to me with in the hour with a solution.I am a business myself and have not purchased a large volume from Linkwave but I always go back and purchase all gprs comms from here when needed simply for the support, knowledge, professionalism and quick delivery.Yes China may be cheaper, but get the five star support from them... I think not. Local business for local people!!!Linkwave - a great company from top to bottom.
