Very rude when entering, demanded payment before arrival and then start. Unclean beds with no holes for face. Avoid at all costs

waste of money, I paid for an hour of massage and I had only 40 minutes from 14.15 to 14.55 the masseuse didn't even ask if I had any pain and why I came for a massage, when I asked if she could massage my neck because it hurts terribly, she said that she massages step by step and will will do, she massaged a little at the very end when I was already lying on my back. I still have pain in my neck, I definitely do not recommend!!!

Had the worst massage! The therapist was on her phone throughout calling and texting. She was texting with one hand whilst attempting to massage me with the other. I told her where my pain was but she took no notice. I wouldn’t even call it a massage. When I complained, nothing was done about it. Save your money and time and do not book here.

I went in with my mother for a hour massage. Our masseuse that day were Bi and Pam who wonderful. We had great conversation and they were very attentive to our needs (previous day was spent walking around the Yorkshire Dales). Would definitely go back and reasonably priced too.

You need better booking system. If someone is trying to figure out parking,you don’t just kick them off with only 30mins! They may have travelled far to get to u!
