If I could give them zero stars that would be more accurate. My father passed in October and I first made contact in February. My family have sent countless impotent identification documents over the last 6 months and every single time it has be to the family to who have to check for updates and make initial contact and every singletime without fail every single individual member has been told sorry we've lost your documents". They are then sent again

I'd give zero stars if I could.For two months I've been trying to withdraw my money.It takes them ages to respond to emails, which take seconds to transmit.Then they tell me I haven't applied, then they tell me I have applied but I need to send identification to prevent money laundering. Among the id they've requested is a bank paying in slip or a voided cheque. Who uses those these days? Apparently they can confirm my identity electronically but appear to have chosen not to.I'm currently unable to work due to a recent illness and I really need the less than two thousand quid they owe me but I'm having to jump through hoops in order to claim my own money from them.It would appear, that whilst they are keen to sell their product, they are less willing to part with the money once they've gotten their hands on it.

So bad !! They are ignoring my emials i gave them all detiles and no answear from them at all is been 2 weeks !! Im pretty sure ombudsman might to start knocking theirs doors soonUsless company !!!

This is the old People Pension and they have not got any better. Obstructive and crafty. I genuinely would not trust them with Christmas chocolate pennies never mind my real pension. As soon as they stop being instructive I am gone.

As you can see from the countless 1 star reviews. This company" are a bunch of crooks. Workplace pension I've now been trying to transfer for OVER 5 WEEKS. Latest update is that the small pot claims team are currently 6 working days behind on emails??? SORRY are people's partnership joking? I've sent countless documents all apparently because of "Anti fraud checks" baffling. Didn't request nothing through all the years and months I was putting money in? Was told the checks are at random but seems everyone has the same issue. I'm absolutely sure the reason they drag it out is that they earn money on interest with all the hard earned money from people just sitting there. Wouldn't be surprised if this company gets investigated. I cannot wait for my money to finally be processed. How in the 21st century can it take over 5 weeks to process??"

Disgraceful company - avoid at all costs! They have held on to my pension funds for 4 months when I tried to transfer away, giving lots of poor excuses and lying about fraud protection. It should take 2-3 weeks max. Giving 1 star because Google requires at least 1 star. They have some nerve replying to me below to say 'email us' because I've been calling them all week and they are not processing the transfer still. Get on with it!

My husband has been unable to log on to his online account for nearly 2 weeks now, and when contacting their help desk he gets the same story, there are technical problems and it's being worked on...they cannot even give him any information about his pension as they can't log on.....this is disgraceful and very concerning as he won't be able to withdraw his pension....if this is not resolved this week, we will be going to the BBC regarding this company. Pensioners shouldn't have to have this worry, its unacceptable!!!!

I have been trying to transfer my funds out for more than 3 months and yet have not been successful.The most simplest thing cannot be done. Apparently People Pension has 2 accounts under my name, and with different name spelling, making it even more difficultto transfer out.I have been told I need to send my ID photos proving my actual name is correct, Which I had no idea of how this has happened.I have sent various emails with my ID photos ans still no answer, aswell as sending copy of my ID 3 times via post. Still not successful.This is supposed to be quick and easy to do but yet its been the most hardest thing to do and yet the longest.

Absolutely dreadful. Steer clear. Still no answer for why they took money out of my account 5 times for the same thing. I'm in the process of reporting them to the pension's ombudsman.Just ask yourself why they rebranded" their name."
