Your self service machine is WAY TOO COMPLICATED!!!!I gave up after 5mins of trying...Luckily a helpful member of staff took my order.The food was actually quite tasty and hot.I really like the onion rings and the burger wasn't too shabby either.The restaurant was very clean and spacious.Nice place

No queue, so ordered at the counter, staff member was helpful and polite as I dint want sauce in the burgerDidn't have long to wait for food which was hot and clearly freshly made especially the chipsThe restaurant itself was quiet and there were plenty of seats available

Nice and clean, friendly staff and food prepared well. Drinks dispenser a little confusing but got there is the end. Tables and chairs clean and comfortable.

Literally every time I have ordered from this BK on just eat there has been something missing. Something like chips can be dealt with easily but it's always somebody's main burger that's missing. I called the restraunt once to ask about the missing item to be told there was nothing they can do. And I'd need to refund the item on just eat and then re order the missing item. I've now noticed there is A LOT of reviews about missing food, it can't be that hard to make sure everything is in a bag before it's picked up surely?

It's all on phones. No one at desk to see if your want help to order. A nightmare and we got so muddled I ordered so much food we couldn't eat.On the plus side the kids loved the juice machine..I might not return it was sotraumaticIt was quite which I likedStaff were very busy seeing to the serving up..its the company cutting corner. Shame food was nice

Places seemed clean but it was quiet. But the food. I swear they must cook the bacon on a radiator then slap the burger together and chuck it in a fridge to serve it barely warm. My cold drink was almost hotter than the food. For the price you pay, you'd expect better

Took my daughter in for dinner. Staff were friendly and placed my order at the counter. Food was ready quite quickly. We sat in and ate. Food was delicious. Restaurant wasn't too busy so was quite quiet and plenty of tables available.

Need to sort out Chips got 18 rhe other night 1 Big rotten one, 7 maybe decent and 10 bits of crisp . The packet to hold them in is smaller than a McDonald's happy meal Chip packet, and even then it wasn't full. Only person waiting g so not even if it was busy. Staff don't care.£7.99 I paid for Medium whopper meal. Absolute disgrace
