Very poor experience. Paid for 2-3 day Express delivery and after 9 days and various different explanations for non delivery I gave up and cancelled the order. Will not use again.

Classic case of apathetic staff front of house who can't be bothered to serve you. There's only so long I'm prepared to stand while you finish off your personal conversation, without even acknowledging my presence. Shame as I wanted to spend some money. If I was the MD I suggest a bit of training might be in order.

Absolute pleasure to deal with. I had an issue with one of the trays I purchased, which was sorted out extremely quickly. Replacement delivered and faulty tray taken away. Great prices and communication. I would highly recommend.

As others, the same problems. Paid for express 2-3 days delivery £72 for delivery to Edinburgh, not only did not get it in a week, but had to send numerous emails, plus made number of calls. Shocking customer service and worst company I ever had to deal with. No recommendation of negative stars would be the best for them.
