We just completed our first month with Enhanced Network and I can confirm that the level and quality of service is excellent along with the products they delivered to us and I find them to be a very helpful bunch (especially Ryan!). The whole team at Enhanced Networks have been fantastic, from initial discussions of what we were after in a new telephony system, through to its set up and maintenance of the system. We have just transferred over to Enhanced Networks and their attentiveness throughout has been exceptional, during the day of the transfer we were met with delays from BT at no fault of Enhanced but Ryan stayed on to ensure everything was working correctly. Enhanced Networks recently installed new phone systems across our whole business and now provide us with a fantastic VOIP phone package, as well as broadband and now our mobiles contracts. We have 5 sites and have switched to Enhanced from multiple other suppliers, with lots of separate contracts, so a complicated job. Ryan, Craig and the rest of the team have been absolutely fantastic and took control of the complete process from the outset, ensuring a smooth transition and making it a pain free experience. The hardware supplied is really good (much better we had previously) with a mix of desk, cordless and conferencing systems, as well as great app connections for remote communications.Unlike a lot of phone providers, working with Enhanced Networks is a real partnership and they are continually there for us if we have any queries. What's more, we saved a considerable amount of money by switching to them so it has been an absolute win-win! Top company and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
