We use this Chinese alot but the last order we made took a hour and half to turn up. And the food was stone cold, when I rang them to let them know the guy the other end hung up

SHOCKING. Waited ages for delivery. Boiled rice cold and gone into a block. Sweet and sour chicken canton style inedible. Chicken mushy as was batter funny looking sauce that hardly tasted of sweet and sour. The chips.well. they went in bin first. Soft and cold. Disgusting food. Maybe ive just been spoiled at new diamond.Meal delivered at 7.20. In bin by 7.24. Ate the ribs because im starvin. Waste of 20 quid.DO NOT USE. I only scored one as no 0 option!

Just had the Thai special with boiled rice and OMG absolutely delicious, packed with prawns, chicken, pork and beef along with tomatoes, onion, carrot, bamboo shoots, celery and peppers. All perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Think I've just found my must have dish

Food's gone major down hill, quater of crispy duck was 1 fatty duck breast sliced thin, beef curry 6 small pieces of beef 10 half nushrooms, very very dissapointed wont be ordering again, its a shame food used to be good,

I have been a customer of Jade House for many years but will never go near the place again after finding a spider fried within a portion of onion rings. I returned the food to the takeaway and received a full refund but no apology and felt that my complaint was a normal occurance to them

We used to use this place many years ago and decided recently to see if it was as good as we remembered. I'm glad to say it's still very good.The guy taking the order was clear and concise and gave us a pretty good estimate of the delivery time. The grub arrived on time and hot. Unfortunately though we had a slight mishap whilst taking the bag from the delivery guy - the handle snapped on the bag and it fell to the floor. Not much harm done though, lost a bit of sauce from a burst container.Apart from this we thoroughly enjoyed our food and will definitely order from the Jade House again.

Ordered the chilli box for me and my girlfriend and we’ve both had bad stomachs afterwards, everything in the box was soggy, the chicken was pink and full of grease, only good thing in there was the ribs, but won’t be ordering from here again

I have used this Chinese for years, and always been good…ordered various things for 2 people - total £23.50.Crispy shredded beef tonight £6.20 and received half a small carton…ring to complain, and no offer to deliver more, said we are busy and every Chinese in Burton now give this size portion of beef…won’t be eating there again!!
