Having gone through a long process trying to find a quality unheated sapphire at a fair price, Peter at Apsara Gems was able to source exactly what I was looking for.I quickly realised after trawling through all of Hatton Garden's relentless sales machine that unheated sapphires remain somewhat of an unknown at most high street jewellers (and amongst consumers) despite their obvious natural qualities, so it was reassuring to work with someone who knew so much about them.I opted for a full service with Peter, to design and create an engagement ring which was as beautiful as I'd hoped for. My fiancé thankfully loves the ring too, and we're currently having the band re-sized free of charge too for a perfect fit.
