Cake box serves one the best and fresh cakes and pastries .... I have tried different ones and this time tried the chocolate cake with ferrero richer toppings and it was nice ..... best part about the cake box is that all it’s cakes and pastries are egg free so all the vegetarians can choose any of the cakes / pastries without much worry

My brother got a surprise cake arranged for his birthday and they failed to deliver it. When we found out about the cake and rang them the women who answerd had no emphathy and was so rude and lying that no one answered so driver came back. And thats it?! Obviously phone didnt rind and theres no effort to deliver this cake for 3 days since it was supposed to be delivered and spent £60 on this cake including delivery charge. Absolutely ridiculous service including the attitude. Also must mention that when we found out about this surprise cake after 3 days and called them the women said she is going to bin it? I mean seriously?! She had made the cake 2 days before with fresh cream and said theres no use of to her bcz of personalised wording. Are you serious?! This is an order you must attempt to deliver not use again to resell someone elses order. Honestly people keep away frim this dodgy business. These people are such jokes!!

I purchased two pieces of cake and there weren’t fresh at all as a result having food poisoning both me and my husband. Definitely I won’t buy again from the display

Cake was lovely. The one thing I will say is careful when looking at prices. They had priced this cake up as £15.99 which my nan was happy to pay. When buying the cake they charged my mum who went In to purchase it £16.99. My mum questioned the fact that it's priced up at £15.99 and all they could say was sorry.So I'd suggest that you check prices to avoid mix ups as cakebox will charge you the price that's not on display

Cake was stale, smelly as soon as we brought it and opened it. Couldn't eat it.Even we went and gave it back and gave feedback to the girl in the shop but she couldn't accept it. We asked her if she could smell it but she didn't. On top of that she asked us whether we kept it in fridge or not. Such a bad service.

Called to check my cake was ready to be told oh we won’t be able to do it printer is not working (they didn’t bother calling me) leaving me without a cake for an event. No compensation or good customer service given. Refund requested and will not be using this company again

HiVery bad experience with Broadwalk crawley town Center shop. We bought 4 pastries yesterday evening around 5.30 pm. First of all they were not fresh. Inside stuffing was thik which we never felt before. My Son start coughing badly. We didn’t eat all which was surprise for us.We all are fond of cake box cake. All the time we love it. Mostly we are buying it from Langley green. But not good with Town Center shop. This is honest review from to consider and look at the quality particularly in this shop.
