We popped in out of the blue with a fault on our Audi on the way to London today and wanted to say a HUGE thank you for helping us get back on the road. The guy who helped us was amazing and in no time at all, got the car on the ramps and sorted. Thank you so much!

This review has really been long overdue. I have been taking my car to Autotech for a few years now. Before I came to autotech my car had had a few issues. So I was starting to lose faith in my little beemer. A very kmowledgable Ant and his team have restored my faith and my car has been trouble free ever since. So much so I have started to enjoy driving it again. I Took my car in for a service the other day , they did the service as per quotation and let me know of a few things during inspection but explained it was normal with the cars age mileage but not a concern just making me aware etc. No hard sell, no scare tactics and a lot more competitive than main dealer with better service imo. I can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent. The service, the quality everything is good. They are busy, so you have to wait for the appointment, but it’s worth it.

I was recommended this place by a colleague and would certainly pass that recommendation on.I originally contacted Autotech to get a new radiator and expansion tank fitted after the main BMW dealership wanted to charge too much.Autotech provided a quote the same day and i was booked in a few days later. I found Autotech to be incredibly friendly people - great communication throughout the work, they even supplied a courtesy car.

Very professional.I had parasitic leak in battery took my car to him after being recommend by RAC person he diagnosed problem with in half hour and sorted.Charges were reasonable.Will highly recommend.

Took my BMW here for a service and MOT. The lady in reception is very friendly and informative about what work was done and explained the points on the Mot advisory. I will use Autotech for any future work as prices are reasonable but it is the customer service provided that will keep me coming back

AVOID my car was leaking oil from the gear box. I took it to them with an invoice from my work that outlined the issue and stated that it was the sideplate/sump. They rang me up and said it was a leaking sump, so agreed to have it replaced.A few weeks later I had my car up on a ramp and noticed my new sump was wet with oil. I took it back and they pointed out that the side plate was also leaking and had been dripping down onto the sump. So in summary I could have just paid £700 to replace a sump that may not have been leaking in the first place.Also whilst checking my dash cam I heard clear as day what the mechanics really thought about me. Calling me a short legged c*nt" "f**king helmet" and a "proper d*ck". Completely unjustified and not what I expected from a garage someone recommend to me.Also on my dash cam I caught the garage jet washing my engine. A task that took two minutes and that they charged me £130 for!"

If this place burnt down, I wouldn’t show a flicker of emotion. In fact I’d raise a party and use the burnt down pieces and give it back to owners, the same way they left me and my car.I spent 700£ and this did not fix the issue. Booked it back in and they had a the cheek to charge me the full price again. Guess what!? Did not fix it. Don't waste your time or your money, clearly the rest of the reviews are non-car competent people, who had minor issues and this garage claimed it was worst than it actually was. Therefore resulting in the customer thinking some miracle work happened. Obviously places like this rely on the weak and vulnerable. So avoid like the plague.

E38 7 series Diagnostics & Coding - Guys at autotech know their stuff! Sorted out a problem I've been fighting for months in about half an hour. Would definitely recommend any BMW enthusiast send work their way!
