Our basset has been walked by Donna for a long time now and we cannot speak highly enough of the service she provides. Donna is absolutely lovely, professional, reliable and extremely caring with our dog. We get regular clips of his little outings! He absolutely loves going for walks with Donna,. We have peace of mind that he is extremely well looked after. We highly recommend Donna .

Donna recently cared for our pet rabbit Floozy whilst we were on holiday. Great confidence in leaving him with Donna. He was very well looked after and seemed very content and relaxed when we picked him up. Would highly recommended using Hugo's Ark Pet Services!!

I had never trusted anyone with my dogs until Donna started walking them.She is very professional trustworthy and reliable and will always go the extra mile to accommodate your needs.My dogs adore her and throughly enjoy their group walks.Donna also sends videos and photos updating you on their walks.I would highly recommend her.She has been walking my dogs for 2 years.

We have been using Donna now to regularly walk our Cocker Spaniel.She has been great, flexible, very reliable and trustworthy.From the moment we met Donna it was obvious how much she loved animals of all shapes and sizes and that she would be perfect for walking our little diva!!

Our Labrador Reggie has been walking with Donna since October last year and absolutely loves her & his time with her other dogs. He gets so much from it and is really content in the evenings after his walks & his fitness levels have improved from all the off lead time he benefits from! We get regularly updates & videos - something we both love to receive!Donna is professional, reliable and really cares about Reggie. Would definitely recommend!
