Nearly four years ago they completed an extension for me. The roof has always leaked in heavy rain. Ignored my calls promised to help me and hasn’t. Now I’m out of pocket paying to put right what should have been done properly in the first place!!!!

I used this service about 6 years ago. The man said 2 weeks but in the end finished close to 7 weeks. He went away for nearly 3 weeks without telling me or giving any kind of excuse. When the work finally finished, he didn't tidy up and didn't finish off the details (silicone seals, for example, on on the new kitchen worktop), yet had the cheek to demand immediate payment the next day. I bumped into Jame's review by chance today, so thought I'd throw in my 2 cents. Avoid this man at all cost!

Lots of problems with these builders, had to tell them to leave. Noticed bad workmanship… thank goodness I let them go when I did!!!
