Jaidee Massage

I rarely give such an awful review, but this place doesn't even deserve 1 star! It didn't feel very clean and the staff were very rude, I didn't even get a smile when I walked through the door! But this was just the start.......My friend bought me a massage as a gift because I very much needed some chill time. When I got there they asked me to pay for the massage before they said anything else to me. I told them my friend had sorted it, to which they told me that THEY gave my friend the wrong bank details, so they didn't get the money. They had informed my friend of this and she had called the bank and asked them to amend the payment, of which they said it would take 2-3 working days (which is pretty standard). This meant they didn't have the money in their bank when I arrived, so they refused to give me the massage unless I paid. They showed me messages where they have facebook messaged my friend to tell her that I would be expected to pay when I arrived, but the message had been sent 9 minutes before I was due! The lady on reception (and seemingly the one there) called another lady and man who spoke to me very rudely on the phone.I told them clearly this was their fault and they should be honouring it, at which point I got accused of cheating them by not paying, because they could not guarantee the money would go into the bank. After the shock of their rudeness, I questioned them on this telling them that it was more likely the other way around because they were asking us to pay twice and telling us they would refund the money if it came into their bank from my friend. They also told me we were lying about the bank taking 2-3 working days because bank transactions don't take this long. At this point, I was furious, this was their fault and we were getting accused of lying. I reminded them that if they had given the right bank details in the first place it would have been in by now, and informed them that I ran 3 businesses and never once have I been so silly as to give the wrong bank details to a customer. I also informed them that it was normal for the banks to take time to correct a payment already being made as they were rediverting it. They continued to call me a liar, and told me they had to have the money so they could pay the masseuse as she was freelance...as I eventually left without the massage, I can only assume that they didn't pay her for her time at all then (disgusting employment practices!)During this time I also called my friend who was also telling me what the bank had said and trying to have a three way conversation over two phones because the only girl there didn't have a clue what was going on. They then passed me onto a man on the phone, who gave me the same conversation and level of rudeness. I then informed them that I would not be having my massage with them as they were so rude and the set up was an utter disgrace, and I was also not willing to pay again. I asked the man to call my friend immediately to arrange a refund for when the money did land into their account. 24 hours later, she is still waiting for that phone call!My friend did report them as fraud (YES FRAUD!) to the bank and has managed to get the money stopped being paid into their account. I have NEVER experienced anything so dodgy when I've gone for a massage. I would definitely NOT recommend this place under ay circumstances, if anything they need to be closed down! I can only assume that any good reviews you see here are from when the management were different, because all I experienced were rude unprofessional individuals, clearly trying to rip us off!
