I been there before lock down and there services was wonderful and I had a good laugh with them I really enjoyed there service so thank to them I wouldn't of had the best time of my life

There is always someone lovely to chat to and get advice from about your model railway and on products that they are selling. Always love visiting when I can.

Doesn't do N guage

Being a local guy I thought I'd support my local model shop as much as I can during the covid lock down. Surprisingly I am not disappointed either. I brought a TTS Flying Scotsman for a couple of quid more than Rails of Sheffield has it listed for. (inc postage), what I don't get from Rails or Hattons is the personal service of having it dropped off at my door in a nice Chasewater Railway Model Shop bag. Ok yes it might take a couple of days more for items to get to me but worth it to help keep a local shop running. Have also since ordered a couple more items from them and got the same level of service . My only small little gripe and certainly not worth losing a star over is I wish they could get more stock in, but given the current circumstances it's understandable that they are limited to what they can do in the shop. Once they open properly again I'll be certainly coming over to visit
