Popped in as shopping for sofas, staff acknowledged us but didn’t pester us, which I appreciate.

I have been looking at 3 suites and went back for another look. The staff are very helpful with information about the products, types of leather and fabric. One of the sofas I wanted to see was not in stock but they did have 1 chair I could sit in to test out again.

Took my parents in for a new sofa. Their requirements didn't give a lot of choice. However. The staff were very friendly and informative and we found out that the options available allowed the one they liked to be adapted to suit. Thanks to Ben.

I find it hard when staff are not wearing name badges and uniforms to distinguish staff from customers so asking someone for help was impossible. Eventually someone asked if I was okay and from there was brillaint but this laid back aproach to uniforms is confusing.

Don’t buy from here. £4000 sofa broken on day of delivery. They Want to come look at it in 5 weeks. Store sales manager not interested in helping. Once they have the sale they have no care.

An absolute joke of a store and company. Delivered my sofa smashed up as they dropped it on delivery. It took me over a month to get them to agree to replace it after I threatened legal action as they were willing to break the consumer rights act. Stay well away they will take your money then deliver damaged and poorly made goods, go next door to Oak Furniture Land you will be better looked after. Its now been 5 months and I'm still waiting for my replacement sofa!! I have now demanded a full refund and will be claiming all costs through my solicitor. DFS - Dreadfull Furniture Services!!!

Disgusting customer service, spent just over £2000 on a corner settee, reported quality issues the next day after closer inspection. Six months on and we are still no better off, we have had to contact them on each occasion to try and resolve the issue as their very sneaky procedure is to send a text claiming that they have tried to call however no o e answers then they request for you ( the customer) to contact them. So roll on to the six months where we are now and we still have a corner settee with poor workmanship and small holes in the fabric.Avoid this company at all costs. You are better off if you can afford it to pay more and receive better customer service in the unfortunate event of any problems.
