Excellent company to deal with. Our changeover from 2 different telecoms providers went very smoothly with absolutely no downtime of our phones or internet connection. Any questions or help that you need before and after install, is always freely given. Having worked with Yvonne at telecom networks for years when a friends charitable organisation required a new phone system and broadband I didn't hesitate to recommend them. Big thanks in particular to Alison who went above and beyond to make the full process painless. The organisation has been brought into the 21st century and now paying considerably less than with BT. Don't hesitate give them a call they do exactly what their website stated with regards charities and more.

After using BT in the office for a number of years I was reluctant to make the move over to a hosted solution. Telecom Networks managed the switchover from start to finish and explained every step.
