Had to get my wifes Pixel 4a screen replaced. Phoned up, got a quote straight away. Phone in and fixed in under 24 hours. Amazing service. Cannot give enough stars!

My elderly parents went in for a charging lead and were sold the most expensive lead available .They were then nformed they needed a new plug to use with that particular lead! Utter rubbish! All this at a cost of £35!!!Great way to treat pensioners.Steer clear of this place!

Genuine helpful friendly honest phone shop. My charging port was playing up. I was quoted £20 by another place to even assess the problem. These guys suggested I drop by, they took a look, replaced the port for me for a lot better price, fixed the problem and refused to take any service charge or a fitting fee. They won my future custom. Big thanks and strongly recommend. Shop local!

Such a helpful shop. Got bit scared to give the job to them when i had a problem with the screen last week on my phone but took the risk. Jash is really a lovely guy and sorted my problem while i wait. He explained me exactly what’s the problem and did the work in front of me. They have a mission to find the problem and repair your phone rather than just telling you need a new model and if there is a problem with something you have bought they don’t quibble. I can highly recommend this shop to anyone.

love this shop and will happily recommend to anyone. The staff are always super friendly and lovely and the service is great – really fast, good prices, always happy with the product or result. Recently had my screen repaired in minutes at a really decent price (cheaper than I've found elsewhere, and much faster) and they give really good, helpful recommendations. Not often I get enthused about a phone shop but they're great.

Probably my most visited shop in Sudbury! I get all mine and the kids refurbished phones from here and have lost count of the phone/iPad screens they have fixed. Trustworthy, knowledgeable and genuinely good honest guys. You always get a high class service here. Many thanks.

These guys are brilliant. I went in expecting to buy a new or reconditioned phone because my old one wasn't working well. They cleaned it up on the spot, tested it and gave it back to me, no charge. It worked perfectly since. Brilliant service - thankyou!

Went to get my iPhone screen replaced. After 20 minutes I came back and the wrong colour screens been put on. He agreed to swap to the right colour when the stock comes in and i agreed. But after 20 minutes my screen stopped working. Got a refund but phone doesn’t even work anymore. Wouldn’t recommend
