What a total ripped off, spray water on hair, small trim and charge 37 quid, I can get my hair colored for 40 at a lot nicer place. Will never recommend or use again

I’d been a regular here since I moved to the area and had a rolling deposit with them. Weirdly, the day before I had an appointment booked I rang up to add on a service only to be told that they’d accidentally cancelled my appointment and couldn’t fit me in for the full treatment for a further two weeks. Mistakes happen but as I needed my hair done for a particular event I asked for my deposit back so I could book elsewhere. They refused! The manager said it could only be used against a service in the salon. So basically, I paid a deposit to secure an appointment. They cancelled/changed the appointment to a time I couldn’t do and then kept the deposit! I think the owner/manager is a little lacking in business acumen as she clearly doesn’t understand what deposits are for, unless she’s deliberately misleading people into paying them as a sneaky little money maker.Up until this point I’d been reasonably satisfied. The salon itself looks a little dated (everything is a bright Cadbury purple) but the service had been ok, if a little over priced compared to other salons in the area. All of this could be overlooked if it wasn’t for the incident above, but when you’re paying so much and going back again and again you expect to be valued a little bit.

Great service, friendly staff and a great haircut. Wasn't made to feel like I was just another head of hair to cut. Very clean and tidy, love the belts for holding the equipment. Definitely recommend

Not the best experience, first time I went was fine I had highlights my hair looked good. Second time I went I asked for my roots to be blended down so they're not so obvious. Basically ended up looking like highlights with a couple of months regrowth. Said they would sort it, but impossible to get an appointment when you work full time and they tried to book it with the same person that had messed it up previously. Very expensive at £65 and not happy with it...

Had my nails done and there some of the worse ones I've ever seen. There miss-shaped, uneven, lumpy and turn up at the ends. There is also colour missing where it was not applied properly. I was unable to mention anything dew to my anxiety but there are horrible and I would never go back again
