Amazing experience! One of the most relaxing places I’ve ever been to. We also had a 50min massage, cava and truffles. Expensive but totally worth it. Very well organised and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking around too. Definitely will be back.

Loved it. Exceeded my expectations. The massage was excellent. There is so much eye for detail such as the warmed slippers at the end of the massage. The decoration and atmosphere was calming. Never felt busy and the staff was very attentive. Was looking for a place like this in London for ages. A relaxing retreat to return to.

My experience at AIRE spa was absolutely sublime. The serene ambiance instantly transported me to a realm of relaxation. The spa's unique thermal baths and treatments were not only indulgent but also expertly administered by the skilled therapists. Every aspect, from the soothing music to the attention to cleanliness, demonstrated a commitment to providing a blissful escape. AIRE spa is a haven for anyone seeking tranquility and rejuvenation—a truly extraordinary experience that I highly recommend.

Quite simply of the highest quality.Although expensive, this is likely one of the most luxurious experiences I have done for a spa. It’s also located in a great area by Strand so easily accessible. There is a lot of staff on hand to guide you through your entire experience, arrival with drinks, changing room welcome and a guided explanation of every experience as well as being able to order your added drinks in the relaxation area. They also ensured guest numbers were low which is incredibly different to all other thermal spas in major cities in Europe I’ve experienced. It felt semi-private and often we were alone in several of the experiences. It added to the tranquil and relaxing environment. When I went they politely enforced the requirement for guests not to be too loud, which was very welcome. One downside on our visit was the wait to request and receive our cava was very long, 15mins, so we did do a sauna in the meantime. There’s a plethora of baths, steam room and ice plunges but my favourite is the steam room with the cold plunge in it.The changing rooms and facilities are incredibly good, for men there’s even shaving amenities and half a dozen hair products. The layout and overall build quality is fantastic, they strategically show the original brickwork in areas and well placed mirrors to give it a really cool ancient Roman vibe.We didn’t do the massage so can’t comment this time, but I know I’ll be visiting again for the baths a few times a year.Truly relaxing.p.s interesting to note they have a first edition of Peter Pan as the property was lived in by J.M. Barrie and he wrote the book where the baths now are!

Lovely experience. Had an amazing massage from Ryan. Great range of temperatures for pools. Very relaxing and serene environment. Numbers were kept nice and low which allowed for an enjoyable experience. Potentially if we had just one staff member for the check in process rather than a new person at each point might of felt for a more luxury /personal experience. However once at spa level we had a lovely cute gentleman explain and tour the area for us.

This place is exceptional. The service is perfect. They provide everything you could ever need. The baths are almost magical with their perfect music and candlelit atmosphere. They have considered every detail. I don’t have a single criticism. I’m from western Canada and would almost come back to London solely for this experience. I will recommend this to everyone I know!

I booked this place for my husband 40th birthday treat after I had seen it on instagram and boy am I glad I did. This place is amazing with the staff being friendly and welcoming. The interesting fact that JM Barrie had written here and this was a close to home for my husband and I as we come from a town where JM Barrie also lived and is buried in that’s in Scotland in Kirriemuir so this visit was meant to be. Plus a great touch of the first addition of Peter Pan in the reception for you to see.Now some times you may feel a bit uncomfortable in a spa but this one was not like that at all.All the nooks and crannies of the spa you can easily find a me space. My personal favourite was the salt bath were you could just float with the soft sound of music under the water with the salt scrub my skin was so soft afterwards.Being brave and facing the cold dips was a challenge but a challenge both my husband was up to. Having a relaxing atmosphere and the beautiful style of the ancient rooms added to the wonderful experience. My husband and I had a massage and both of us agreed on how at ease and relaxing it was all thanks to the professionalism of Maxine and Maxwell (I think that’s was their names). And with a glass of bubbly with the most amazing truffles was a great treat to have whilst relaxing in the lounge to finish of the experience.Would I come back absolutely, would I recommend hell yes.A truly wonderful experience at a truly amazing spa.
