The Pottery Loft

Amazing place for all ages,a wide range of things for the young ones to do, not to mention the special keepsakes that come from it! Every time I have been all staff have been so patient and really helpful, we love it here and would highly recommend!

The pottery loft is a fantastic local business.The girls are always so welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them.Having attended for many different events, such as Christmas events, messy maker session and personalised prints, each and every time we are so pleased.The soft play area is an added bonus for keeping little ones entertained.We are now regulars here, and still feel so welcomed every time.A hidden gem on our doorstep, and we will continue to be happy returning customers.

We have used the services from this company before, and found it to be ok. However today was night and day, I arrived to pick up an item we had created there, after following the guidelines from the members of staff, our product was at best a disaster. When arriving at the venue, I was a little early, I called to ask if they could open the door, as I was outside with my daughter who is 7 months old and it was a little chilly, again I asked if she could perhaps let me wait inside until they opened, I was asked to wait a minute but nothing happened, I called back again but nobody answered the call this time, so after waiting ten minutes, for them to open the door, I went upstairs to collect our item, I asked if there was a problem with me waiting inside as it was cold, however they said they tried to call me back.......hmmmmm. I took my item and began to leave, at which point a very confrontational girl started muttering, i returned to the room and asked her to repeat herself, she said we don't open until ten o'clock"

Had a lovely time painting and Prosecco - there was confusion at pick up as I struggled to get it organised through the online booking system and my mam went to collect for me. My mam had felt like she had imposed by turning up. I contacted TPL and also left a review explaining how she had felt.Promptly after I received a call explaining the situation and given an apology which massively restored my faith in TPL.Not many places take time to explain and apologise - so thank you!

We've spent many an afternoon at the PL, the staff are super welcoming and the products are of great quality. A perfect place for presents and painting to relax! Really affordable too. Can't wait to go back.

I have visited this place on lots of occasions over the past few years. The service is outstanding, nothing is too much for the girls, they're amazing with my children and are one of the reasons we love coming so much ! We have attended for parties, painting, prints and 3d casts and have loved every single thing ! The soft play gives the little ones something extra to entertain to them so you can have a hot coffee! The perfect place for quality time with your little ones at any age- We can't wait to come back!

Literally one of my favourite local businesses! Often visit with my little ones. I love the variety they offer, so much choice and such a unique experience. The ladies there are absolutely lovely, so good with my Children which really make such a difference. Nothing is ever to much hassle. Literally something for all ages from birth to 100. One of our most recent purchases was THE most STUNNING cast of my youngests feet and hands and I cannot put into words just how much I utterly adore it. Such a beautiful and precious keepsake. Highly recommend! Thank you a million! x
