I would highly recommend Altrincham car sales, nothing is too much trouble. Drive all the way from London twice to Altrincham to buy a beautiful Range Rover sport,brilliant communication, very patient guys especially when you are a bit fussy about what you want, I found them to be extremely friendly, helpful, approachable, and professional. I cannot list any fault, overall, this is a 5* service that go the extra mile and above, world class service from Aaron who owns this business and also from his partner who was very kind and humble during my business with them, felt positive energy,from the first phone enquiry to the end I am truly satisfied with Altrincham car sales and wish them all the best, would certainly recommend them to my friends and family for future business.

I thought altrincham cars was a very friendly service. Picked me and my grandad up who's hard of walking and showed us some nice cars. Allowed us a test drive and sit ins. I would feel very welcomed to come again and browse some cars. Thanks to Alan.

Beware of these guys. If your car has a fault don't expect them to fix it or honour your consumer rights. Bought an Audi Q3 S Line Plus from them which developed problems within 2 days of buying. The dealer had me spend my own money on trying to fix it locally ( I live 150 miles away). I even took it back to him to repair, which he failed to do sucessfully. Dealer then refused to let me return the car, I eventually had to involve AA cars to recover £400 I had spent trying to fix it .He had promised to refund me, but then didn't. I had to sell the car as spares or repairs 12 weeks later taking a £2500 loss. Dishonest & completely untrustworthy. The worst car dealer I've ever encountered.

AVOID!!The real face of any business is revealed in how they deal with a customer’s complaint. It’s easy to sell a car with no problems, but as a buyer you want the confidence that if there is an issue with the car, you can trust that the seller will deal with it properly.In my case, I bought a car that turned out to have a major engine fault. I asked to reject the car and receive a full refund, which I should have been allowed under the Consumer Rights Act. They refused and what followed was months of stress, broken promises, dubious excuses, no response to emails and letters, claims not to have received letters that were signed for, several excuses about the absence of a promised warranty, a promised letter from their solicitor that never arrived…They refused to take back the car and give a refund, despite a major fault and me requesting it within the required 3 months.Jon the seller blamed it on the elusive owners who were always away and ‘don’t speak to customers’.I was left with a choice of the small claims court for a refund, or accepting reimbursement for repairs. I accepted the latter with a promise from Jon that the £2800 I had to spend on a new engine would be paid back exactly 2 weeks after the repair.Of course 2 weeks came and went, no payment came, and Jon stopped replying to any communication. When I eventually got hold of another member of staff, he told me that Jon actually was an owner of the business, but had disappeared and was moving to America, (how convenient!). They claimed to know nothing of my agreement with Jon. The other guy eventually took pity on me and realised a court would be in my favour, so paid me the money.Since then the car has had numerous other problems which have cost me a fortune.Be warned, don’t trust these guys. If you do buy from them make sure you have the car fully checked by your own mechanic.They may reply to this review with a claim that they were fair and the car wasn’t that bad. But the fact is they sold a car that needed a new engine, refused to give a refund, failed to keep to their word and did as much as possible to get out of paying for the repairs.Their word is not worth anything.

Great service! They made the sale of my car really quick and easy. Everyone was so lovely and went out of their way to help me. Very trustworthy - would highly recommend!
