I used them to do our PTA Christmas cards and tea towel project. The company were so easy to work with and brilliant communication. The whole process was fantastic. Parents being able to order their own Christmas cards and products online was a huge help for us. Although they don't pay out the commission until the end of January, I would definitely recommend them.

Unfortunately, my children's school PTA only use this company. I've bought from them in the past and the Xmas cards always arrive so close to Xmas that it is pointless to post them, they'll arrive after xmas for sure! Last year I did not buy from them and asked my children to make drawings and ordered cards and puzzles from Photobox, I must say I was really pleased with it! This year I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. The cards/products were going to be delivered to the school only, and very close to Xmas. We have family living abroad and my children wanted to send their grandparents a Xmas card that they have made with a lot of love. I emailed the company asking if they offered different delivery options as I needed my products early and I was willing to pay a delivery charge. I received a very dry reply from customer services saying no other option. That's it, no I'm sorry"

We had a fabulous experience. Ordered the templates during the summer holidays, got the children to do them within first two weeks of term. Quick turnaround and products great. Had a couple of issues but the customer service team dealt with them quickly. Made that under £1000 for our PTA which is part of a large fundraising effort to buy new IT equipment

Our school PTA has used class fundraising for the last 2 years. Their online ordering system makes the whole process a lot easier for the organisers!All items have been delivered as ordered and on time.As the organisers, it is our responsibility to inform the school and parents of closing dates for the online shop. Needless to say a few parents did forget, luckily we had chosen to have the shop reopened for a week in November, there was no commission on any orders placed during this week but it kept the parents happy. One parent called on the last day to say they hadn’t received their child’s artwork card. A call to class fundraising gave us the artwork codes however we then discovered the online shop had been shut earlier than advised. We spoke to class fundraising again, showed them the times we had agreed and they were happy to reopen it.Last year it was the first year of online orders and it took a while to get through to someone in customer service. This year I have found customer services really helpful and do not understand some of the reviews below. We will definitely be using them for our school next year.

Products generally well loved. Ordering online was easy.Polite and helpful customer service once you can get hold of them. Managers website is a little difficult to navigate.

I would show you my son's footprints on the coasters that I ordered but I don't have them, so...Hence the 2 star review!And it's not only me but most of the parents in our nursery haven't received their orders either (placed on September/October).The company did not even know where our orders are...

We've had a really good experience with class fundraising. Used them for the first time this year. Communication has been brilliant. Any issue has been resolved very quickly. Would definitely use them again.

Very poor customer service. A card containing an order form for a Christmas card prepared by my daughter at her school was sent home. The form does not state when orders have to be placed by. I was not told until this morning a message had been sent advising orders needed to be placed by midnight last night. I immediately contacted the business at 9am when I found out, thinking they would be able to put the order through this morning as nothing would be done with an order made at 11:59 last night that could not be done at 9am the following morning. Unfortunately, the advisor I spoke to on the phone explained there was nothing that could be done as it was to do with the contracted commission rates which were agreed with the school. Putting contracted commission ahead of customer service when you are dealing with schools and purportedly charity demonstrates the poor ethos of this business and I would therefore encourage any schools considering this not to go with this company and look to a local provider who can provide much better service. My daughter won't be receiving her Christmas cards with the rest of her class now, but we will do something with another company, one who puts customer service above commission.
