No clear signs where to go to buy goods, all check outs unstaffed. 2 staff chatting behind the customer service desk. No greeting or apology for the waiting time. I used to like the staff and had good experiences at this store, 2 years ago. I wish to be constructive, but had I been made to wait longer, I was on the verge of walking out, with no purchases.

Impressed by the staff's helpfulness.Couldn't lift a large bag of compost but a young man did it for me and then after I paid he took it to my car and loaded it in.

What i hated more than anything was there was no publucs toilets anymore first time I went there in over 6 years ago, and apart from no loos it would of been more enjoyable walking around a funeral home, it was cold and no atmosphere and the staff looked like they would rather be home than working there, was very disappointed in the whole experience, we had such an unpleasant day in Honiton we would ever go back there. Last time I went it was a lovely place 6 years old everywhere you looked or went felt very run down

This is situated in a retail park. The shop has varied in shopping items. The staff are friendly and courteous if even thin on the ground.

Staff are pretty good considering what they have to work with store is pretty awful and everything stacked on top of each other covered in dust needs a good revamp Shame as used to be pretty decent store definitely needs some serious improvement and effort otherwise you can just see it’s will close sometime soon.

I don’t know why I keep coming back here and leaving empty handed. Never have anything you need, what they do have is either poor quality or twice the price of anywhere else. Awful awful place

Bought a lot of horticultural products online. Came to collect from Honiton site and excedely pleased with the help as being disabled not easy moving bags of soil, etc. Nothing was too much effort and were more than happy in helping. I will certainly be going back.
