El Castillo Mexican Bar & Grill
The meal, chilli con carne, was creamy and delicious. I had two very good mocktails, and the Blue Lagoon was indeed totally blue. I can't fault the food or drink or the restaurant, or the view of the sea. The furnishings had a Mexican theme, but the background music was the standard set of popular songs played by every commercial radio station.I would, however, go again.

We visited this lovely Mexican Restaurant today for lunch, after a very disappointing let down by the Fish Market restaurant next door to this, which in all honesty, actually did us a huge favour because El Castillo Mexican Bar and Grill has the best decor on this stretch, a lovely ambiance and has great views of the harbour. The food we ordered was very tasty and delicious. They also have a wide selection of drinks too. But what really topped it for us was the most friendly and very efficient service of the staff, namely Kiki and Dixon. Thank you. I highly recommend this restaurant to any foodies who read this.

Food:Mexican tapas-style food, we enjoyed their menu. Very tasty and also a decent portion size for the price we paid.DrinksTheir wines and beer selections are very well selected for the menu. The mocktails were great, didn't try any of the cocktails this time.Ambience:Excellent ambience inside, they have outside seating over the sea view.Service:The staff were very friendly and active, we took their suggestions about the menu which was very nice and enjoyable.We will visit again.

Awesome place, perfect portions with a great atmosphere. Really impressed with the food and cocktails. Highly recommended for family outings, or a romantic place by the waterfront for a cocktail date.Lovely, friendly staff so hope this place does well - they deserve to!

Tried this place after work. Ordered a load of street food. It was all delicious. Loved the mushroom & egg plant enchilada! Chicken ones were also excellent. Gauc and salsa was fresh. Service was so warm, friendly and welcoming. Would defo come back again.

The lamb stew and rice is a must-have. The lamb was so soft and melts in our mouth. It smells awesome with all the spices. The rice was fluffy and fragrant. The churos are to die for. It was filled with chocolate and the chocolate dip doubled the flavours. Orange and Crunchy lemon sorbet topped off an excellent meal.
