If anyone has a bad back and is feeling low and thinking no one can help them.Then go to pilates, I was a non believer but after doing pilates my body movement and pain is so much better.I feel good which is ace after 15 years off pain.

Julie is inspirational and an amazing and fun teacher. Every zoom class is different, mixing pilates, barre, boxing, weights, cardio, so you don't get bored. Amazing pilates classes really good if you have pain or stiffness. Better than physio.
