What can I say! Absolutely brilliant service, on time, within budget, accomplished what another scooter shop couldn't without any fuss. Listened to what I wanted and boom it was all done. Can't thank Jon and the team enough. Top notch. Highly recommended

Highly recommended jg scooters Jon definitely knows his stuff. My scoot ran like a bag of spuds before and after jon sorted it on the dyno it now runs amazingly.

If you need your dyno on your scooter he's your man

Absolutely awful experience with this scooter shop. They can’t fix anything properly, they don’t actually listen to a word you say either even when you give them a list of things to fix. Can you not read? Every time I have to take it back as they don’t check anything when the scooter is finished, 3 times in total for one scooter and 4 times my other scooter I had to take it back, well there finish and mine are completely different when a fault occurs they actually charge you again, when they cause problems more themselves. They changed my tyres then they went flat on way Home, my tyres they had the the pressure to 100psi that they did I might add, I nearly came off on way home as bouncing all over the road. The reason they went flat is tyres had flaky paint so the didn’t bed in. I had to pay them again to fix with more new tyres total came to over £400. I took one scooter to them 3 times as they never checked anything. On one occasion by tex message they said they could not start it as I was out out Petrol, I mean …. I said can you not put some fuel in it. Now more bad news… ask them to change my gearing and he never changed anything so I took it back he said he took it apart but it was a waste of time changing the gearing as I need a new pipe. This was after I took it home so had to take it back to them. Another £700 later x 2 £1400 to then finally change gears and pipe.The worst part on delivery back to my house, my scooter, I noticed the headset top cover is smashed in, they tried to cover the damages with grease so I didn’t see it. After calling them, no answer, then used tex messages, they have point blank refused to pay for the damages. Another £450. Then the owner of blocked my phone so I couldn’t consent then.
